Groundworks, civils, service installation and surfacing

Smart Works Civils Ltd successfully delivered a comprehensive highway infrastructure package, carrying out all aspects of the civil engineering and groundworks required for the development. The works included the construction of the highway build-up, installation of sub-base materials, and final tarmac surfacing to provide a durable and high-quality finished roadway.

As part of the project, Smart Works Civils Ltd also undertook the installation of roadway drainage systems, foul water drainage infrastructure, and underground ductwork services to support future utilities. Additional works included kerbing installation, detailed earthworks operations, and ground preparation to ensure the project was completed to specification and programme requirements.

The scheme was delivered with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficient site coordination, demonstrating Smart Works Civils Ltd’s capability in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from initial groundworks through to final surfacing.
