Tom Osborne - Director

Tom co-founded Smart Works Civils Ltd alongside Jamie, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across all areas of the construction industry. With an extensive background working for some of the UK’s largest construction companies, Tom has successfully overseen and delivered complex projects with values of up to £60 million, managing the full project lifecycle from inception through to handover and completion.

Tom specialises in the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget. His responsibilities include team management, cost management, and programme planning to achieve efficient project delivery and maintain the highest standards throughout every stage of construction.

Working closely with clients, Tom is also able to provide practical value engineering solutions, helping to maximise project quality and performance while meeting delivery requirements and budgetary constraints.
